Welcome

The North Carolina Association for Biomedical Research is pleased to bring you the Bioscience Clearinghouse, a comprehensive resource for North Carolinians who want to better understand the dynamic world of bioscience research. We’ve just added four exciting new sections to the site, and in them you’ll be able to find extracurricular activities for both students and teachers as well as bioscience news from around the state, a glossary featuring hundreds of bioscience terms and a list of bioscience links.

We thank GlaxoSmithKline, the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction, the Biogen Idec Foundation and the Burroughs Wellcome Fund for providing generous financial support for the development of this project.
